The suite location is super convenient and we just

walked around Polanco with no issue. The security is very polite, and we appreciated that a lot. However, the mattress wasn’t extremely comfortable, which affected our sleep quality.

The bathroom needs a serious upgrade!!! The entrance to the shower and the air filter were disgustingly dirty, and the lingering smell of fried food from previous guests is really off-putting!!!

The location was excellent for the event we were attending at the more expensive hotel right around the corner! I loved the laundry room, so convenient to have it free of charge after a long day, the staff were also super nice every time I needed something.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay in the Executive Suite. The location is vibrant, making it easy to explore. A suggestion would be adding kitchen utensils and a fan. it was quite hot during my visit. The nearby restaurants had delicious local cuisine that enhanced my experience!

Request a fan for those hot spring nights. it makes the stay much more comfortable.

I loved my time here, especially the cozy Executive Suite and how they took care of my request for an early check-in. The sun terrace was amazing for relaxing with some snacks, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere it offered. Just a heads up, I think a few kitchen utensils and maybe a fan would really enhance the stay since it can get pretty warm in spring! 😊

The executive suite was cozy with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. A comfy sofa bed. The fitness center was a nice bonus. Super clean space and the neighborhood is really chill. Lots of restaurants nearby and the subway is just a short walk away, which is awesome for getting around.

I had a wonderful stay in the Executive Suite, which was ideal for exploring the city. The apartment was not only spacious and comfortable, but it was also just a short walk from metro stations and local attractions like the Anthropology Museum. The area is filled with great dining options, making it easy to find meals without straying too far. However, the decor could use a bit of updating.
